Numb

Within an instant everything can change. The sweet picture above from this morning as Mason's cat, Oreo clings to Mason's bedside. For lunch today Mason had a cheeseburger, but just like that a change. Luckily, the nurse was here to help with the sudden need for oxygen. Mason has been grunting; which is a sign of needing oxygen. This evening a new frustration, Mason could not hold up his head. Thankfully we had a neck pillow to help keep it from wobbling. Then I had to share with him that mom and dad will now have to feed him; soft foods none the less. The world has turned NUMB. Tonight oxygen's running full blast as each breath continues to be a struggle. And now a rare occurence both cats lie close to Mason's side; something that just does not happen. God's love near as I know He hears our cry.

We are thinking of you so many, many times throughout each and every day and I know hundreds or even thousands of others are too, all of our invisible hearts holding your family now and forever. Hugs.

God hears your cry and so do we. As parents we are only trying to imagine your suffering. I am so thankful that you and Eddie have so much faith. It would be unbearable beyond words without faith.

"Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of His might." Ephesians 6:10

God hears your cries and so His people. I am so incredibly sorry for everything that you, your family and Mason go through. Prayers in all their strength for your family and you.

I am so sorry.

Mason and your family have been in my constant thougths and prayers...
"do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Praying for you and your family. This morning I was looking out my window and the clouds over head. I saw this could formend in a hand with a finger pointing toward heaven. It reminded me of how God is always there waiting on us and pointing the way to his love and grace. May his love and Grace fall upon you and your family.

I check here several times each day. I have been praying that Mason will find the peace and comfort her so much deserves. He is such a noble child.

Like Kristen's mom, I too check here several times a day. It has become part of my ritual as well as praying for you and your family. I have strong faith and I know that God is with you and your family through every step. It is very apparent with all the love and support that surrounds you all. Mason is a very special boy and although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting I have witnessed enough to know his greatness. You are a wonderful mother and I admire you. Stay strong. I have so much love for you all.

Always in my prayers
Tia

Andria, there are no words that will bring comfort to your heart and soul. We all try to give you words of support and encouragement to try to ease your pain. I'm sure at times you wish that you were not the one teaching us how to appreciate every second of every day with our children; not to yell or get upset over things that really do not matter...
