Somewhere Over the Rainbow
A beautiful rainbow welcomed us as we arrived home! Eddie got us home through a raging storm. And then a giant bouquet of green balloons and goodies welcomed our arrival. Home Sweet Home!!! Today was a day of unpacking and organizing and shopping. I did not even have to use auto-pilot the van went directly to Sam's Club. Mimi watched the kids splash in our plastic kiddie pool. I went grocery shopping with the biggest smile ever! The great feeling continued, Mason has been begging me to go to the local Pool!! So away we went, I tried not to be a crazy mother hen. Mason took off, refreshed, revived and a kid again. I felt like crying as he jumped off the diving board. Look out summer we are making lots of splashes! We found our pot of gold right here at home, all our family and friends.

YEAH!! This is the best post yet. Or maybe yesterday's with the picture of the hands. I think I just stared at it and studied that picture for 15+ min. There is just something about a child's hand. The picture actually brought tears to my eyes. Can't wait to see you! Peace, Kim and the Brood
Yay! Welcome home!
It's music to our ears and we wish we could be there with you.... Love & hugs...Aunt Gail and Uncle Bob
Your post brought tears to my eyes! So glad you are back home. Can't wait to see you all!
My sister-in-law works with your uncle in Mandeville, LA, and I have been reading your blog every day and have put Mason on a prayer board at our local Catholic school. We have an 8-year-old step-grandson who is almost 5 years clear of testicular cancer so we know that miracles do happen and there are happy endings. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Mason daily. Maureen LeCorgne
That rainbow HAD to mean something...you are a special family :)
